Exchange and Refund Policy

At Dog Mum Designs, we take great pride in the quality of our work and your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our policy below before placing your order:

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind. As many of our products are personalised, all sales are final once your order has been confirmed.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault, defect, or damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the defect

  • A description of the problem

We will assess the issue and respond promptly with a resolution.

Please Note: Refunds won’t be issued until we have the product back in our hands

3. Exchanges

We do offer size exchanges on standard, non-custom products (subject to availability). If you’ve ordered the wrong size in a non-personalised item, we’re happy to help with an exchange.

Please note:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

  • We do not accept exchanges on any custom, personalised, or made-to-order products
