Frequent Asked Questions

  • Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks to be made, as we order materials as needed to allow full personalisation. We’ll always strive to get your order out as soon as possible. If we expect delays beyond 3 weeks, we’ll contact you directly.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.
    Refunds are only available in the case of quality defects or faults. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.

  • We offer size exchanges on standard (non-custom) products. Custom and personalised items cannot be exchanged, so please double-check all details before ordering.

  • We ship Australia-wide with tracking on all orders. Once your item leaves our hands, shipping times are out of our control — we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.

  • If you’ve made a mistake or need to change your order, contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn’t started, we may be able to help — but we can’t guarantee changes once an order is in progress.
