1. Custom Orders & Processing Time

At Dog Mum Designs, we specialise in custom and made-to-order products, which means we create your items just for you!

To offer full personalisation, we order specific materials as orders come in. Because of this, orders can take up to 3 weeks to be made and shipped. However, we always strive to get your items out as quickly as possible — timing depends on when materials arrive and our current production queue.

If we believe your order will take longer than 3 weeks, we will contact you directly. We pride ourselves on maintaining open and honest communication with our customers every step of the way.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, Dog Mum Designs is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post or other courier services. Our responsibility ends once the package leaves our premises.

Please note:

• All orders come with tracking

• Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only

• We cannot control or guarantee delivery dates once items are with the carrier

If you experience shipping issues, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly with your tracking information.

3. Product Accuracy

We do our best to accurately represent all products through descriptions and images. Please note that as our items are handcrafted or digitally designed, minor variations may occur.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Dog Mum Designs. These may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written consent.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
